About Sun City Mesquite

Sun City Mesquite is Del Webb's latest community 80 miles northeast of Las Vegas. A state of the art clubhouse, abundant recreational opportunities, world-class golf and inexpensive homes are drawing retirees to the next "it" place in active retirement living.

Sun City Mesquite and the surrounding town retain a quiet solitude much unlike some of the active adult communities in Las Vegas. The isolation from crowds and inexpensive housing has drawn many retirees to the area as a logical alternative to the more crowded areas around Las Vegas. With an average of 300 days of sunshine a year, low humidity and no state income tax it is clear to see why Mesquite, Nevada has made a name for itself among retirees.

When driving through the villages, homes for sale are noted with a "black, metal outline of a house" hanging to the side of the garage door on the flagpole stub. Call Goody for more tips. Click here for Sun City Resales

Goody can also help with a New Home Purchase.  I am in the process of building a new home myself.  I know personally the Do's and the Don'ts. I have extensive experience guiding residents through the new build process. I can help you negotiate with the builder and find your perfect lot.  I will always work for you and is indepndent from Pulte, the builder.  I know the current specials, incentives and best lots.  Make sure Goody registers you before you see their sales specialists, just let me know before you plan to visit and I will let them know to expect you. I like to work with Tanya Smith at the Sun City Mesquite Sales Center.

Area

Mesquite is a small town 80 miles northeast of the glamour and glitz of Las Vegas, NV. It is situated along the Nevada and Arizona border only 40 miles from St. George, Utah. Less than 20,000 residents call Mesquite home but the town's population has been known to increase substantially in winter months as northern "snowbirds" flock to the region to enjoy the mild winters and company of other retirees from across the country.
