"Goody provided suggestions and helpful hints on preparing our house to be sold from photographing, staging (with & without furniture) and working with us to get repairs done. He did a great video of our house, a very professional job! Since we eventually moved out of state, Goody would keep us updated on the showings and market in Mesquite. Our view was one of our main selling points, he made the effort to open the shades to highlight the view before each showing. Once we had a buyer Goody spent a lot of time and effort to make sure the sale would happen. From start to finish we found Goody a pleasure to work with, professional and friendly. We definitely highly recommend his services."

"If you’re looking in Mesquite, this Goody is the man to know. He worked with us for almost 3 years! Never any pressure or hard sell, but he was always there with any help we needed. Always responded immediately to any questions we had, regardless as to how minor or mundane they may have been. When it finally became the right time for us to make the move, he was right there with us. His knowledge of the area and the real estate market is second to none. If you want a very good, no hard sell agent that you will appreciate, Robert Good is the guy you should look for
Sometimes you end up with a real estate agent who is hard to contact, not too enthusiastic or you don’t just click with. Not Goody! He was friendly, conscientious and responded almost immediately to every question that came up. He worked hard for his client and got the best deal possible without excuses. If you want a very good, no hard sell agent that you will appreciate, Robert Good is the guy you should look for. You won’t regret it.
