"Mr Goody is a wonderful Realtor! He did way over and above what he needed to do for us. We lived out of state so when we hired him we had told him because we live so far away we would have to rely on him to keep us up to date on everything that was going on. Indeed he did! We were having a home build in Mesquite, Nv! Every week we would either get calls and or pictures on everything that was going on. in fact, I could make a scrapbook of each phase of building our home! If we had questions about anything we would call him and if he did not have an answer to our questions it did not take him long to find out an answer and get back to us. We were very blessed to find a man that was considerate, knowledgeable, Honest, and ready to jump in and take good care of us. We would not hesitate to hire him again! Goody is really a "Good Guy," and displays all the knowledge and skill of a true seasoned professional while maintaining a very casual comfortable and non-pressuring demeanor. I saw a home on Zillow that I was interested in looking at, and they referred me to "Goody." He called and was so responsive. I am the kind of buyer that likes to find my own property because I know what I want, and "Goody" understood this and always was there for me when I called him to go "show me this place or that place." My experience with buying an investment property using "Goody" and his team was literally the easiest and best real estate experience I have ever had. I highly recommend him and his team.
