"My wife and I have been looking at homes on the internet and in person for almost two years. When we decided to get serious and after a lot of consideration we contacted Robert "Goody" Good. Like everyone else who is from out of state you know you are taking a chance whomever you choose but we were not disappointed. It was a complicated purchase that was forced in a short time frame and Goody far exceeded our expectations. Before, during and after the sale his service could not have been better. When you are building a house on the west coast and you live on the east coast it is no easy endeavor. With timely communication and frequent videos it was like I was right there. Robert Good was wonderful to work with and I would not hesitate to use him again
"Robert Good was wonderful to work with and I would not hesitate to use him again. Right before we could move in (moved from out of state), my husband had a serious accident. I contacted Robert, who immediately stepped in to help. Robert met the movers and oversaw the unloading of our belongings. He checked on me and the house while I was with my husband at the hospital, out of town. Robert answered all my questions and kept me informed about the house. My husband passed. It is about 6 weeks out and Robert is still checking on me, letting me know he’s here to help. This man is precious and priceless."

We live 600 miles away from the property he managed to sell for us in record time, took care of all problems with the property (large & small), leaving us with very little to do except deposit the check...for the asking price! Goody is so easy to work with. He's very knowledgeable, efficient, always available for questions , and a real fun guy to boot! He listed our home and got it sold so quickly we couldn't believe it! Then he went right to work and immediately found us our Dream Home, and put that deal together quickly and efficiently as well.

This guy is terrific. He walked me through the process flawlessly, was always available to me, and anticipated most of my questions. His local area knowledge and contacts is amazing.
